STC trading is engaged in manufacturing and importing of various industrial fuels that can be used for firing in Hotmix plants, Boilers, urnaces, etc. across industries. We ensure that our products are in accurate composition and free from any kind impurities so as to ensure its wide usage in different machines.
We have three factories in Jharsuguda, Orissa with a total monthly production capacity of 6,000 MT. Of the three factories, we manufacture alternate fuel to that of BPCL’s LDO in two factories and in one factory we manufacture alternate fuel to that of BPCL’s Furnace Oil. Some of the highlights for our manufacturing setup include:
• Fully automatic process and technology with the latest equipment’s like Condensers, Reactor Vessels, Pumps, Compressors, Burners, Filtration set-up along with state of the art instrumentation and control system to ensure safe and energy efficient operations
• In house quality control team with fully equipped laboratories set up in Orissa and in Maharashtra to ensure that all our products that are manufactured and imported are quality tested before they are despatched to our clients
• Our product specifications are designed according to our clients applications thereby ensuring that they get the required temperatures without any excess consumption.
• We also have a capacious warehousing unit that is well connected and with all the required fire safety equipment that enables us to cater to all our client requirements 24/7
• With our owned tankers we can also ensure timely delivery for our clients across the country Import Set-up
We currently import about 6,000 MT per month of BPCL’s grade LDO and Furnace Oil in Maharashtra and Gujarat Ports with local storage and quality testing labs in place.
